2018

  • TC Group Solutions, the company specialized in Big Data and Retail Intelligence, will once again be present at the new edition of MAPIC, to be held in Cannes, from November 14 to 16. Floor -1, stand G75 (MAPIC Innovation Forum).

Stéphane Casimir, Director of International Development in TC Group Solutions, is one of the speakers of this new edition of MAPIC. Casimir’ speech, entitled How to succeed in selecting the right locations for your POS, will present the new advances in Retail Intelligence to select the best locations to open a point of sale, and will take place on Thursday 14th, at 2:30pm at the MAPIC Innovation Forum.

To effectively maximize the potential of your store, it’s essential to know the behavior of customer flows, analyze the ways they move, shop windows they look at, stores they enter, when and how long. It is important to know how many of them make a purchase and how many leave the store empty-handed, if customers are new clients or repetitors, and how often they use to enter the store.

All these parameters converge in a new KPI, the CPC or Cost per Potential Customer, which helps to determine the profitability of the entire store.

Quantifying, processing, managing and controlling all these data allow retailers to improve their stores (in terms of location, shop windows, special offers, stock assortment, staff organization, opening hours, etc.), adapting them to the real needs and behaviour os customers and increase the profitability.

TC Group Solutions will be on floor -1, booth G75 (MAPIC Innovation Forum), from November 14 to 16. To make an appointment, send a request here.
